A local response to a real need.
CostaLands was founded in 2020 by Daniela Quesada and Juan Ignacio de la Espriella.
The project began after identifying a growing need on the Nicoya Peninsula: owners looking for more complete management of their properties and a level of hospitality aligned with the area's evolution as an international destination.
Since then, CostaLands has developed an operation that brings property management, hospitality, local knowledge, and personal attention together under one structure.
